"We attended a 50th wedding anniversary dinner you catered on Saturday, July 11th at your resturant. We live in Atco, New Jersey. I just wanted to drop a note to thank you for the most perfect dinner!!! The customer service was out of this world! We didn't have to ask for a thing as the sodas were topped off whenever they were getting low, as well as the water. Extra napkins were placed up and down the tables. The baskets of bread were replaced whenever they were empty, and, the food was exceptional! You even made a dish for my mother that you didn't have on the menu!!! She ate the whole thing while making yummy noises the whole time!!! All the staff members should get a huge, but gentle, pat on the back for one week straight! Big smiles and eager to please throughtout the whole stay.

A Big Thumbs up to Muriale's!!! While staying in West Virginia, for now on, Muriale's will be the place we come to fill our tummies. I will also make sure anyone we know who is traveling to West Virginia all about Muriale's and how it will be a must have while vacationing there!!! If 5 stars is a perfect score for a rating, I give Muriale's 10 stars!"

"I am pretty excited. My wife wanted our family to go to Pizza Hut last night. I ate my lunch pretty late, so I didn't feel like going out, but she convinced me that life might be torture if I opted out. Here we go, begrudgingly, to a restaurant that I don't even like. On the way, I closed her into Murials instead of the Grease pit. It was a compromise with the kids, but Rocco serves pizza. When I entered the restaurant, it looked clean, had great atmosphere, and we were greeted warmly.-Not in 2 minutes, but immediately. A greeter took us to a nice table, and slid my wife's chair in for her. Our server was at the table within 3 minutes for our drink order, and they were delivered post haste with a basket of warm bread and real butter. Our waiter talked to my children like he had known them their entire life! Remembered their names, and recounted previous visits that our family hade made to murials. He gave us superb service throughout the evening. Also throughout the evening, I noticed Rocco coming into our dining room, and standing in the corner watching the goings on. He directed things like it was an orchestra. He smiled often, and pleasantly made sure that a good experience was delivered to each patron. The chef came out and asked of the quality and preparation of our food. When we were finished, we left feeling relaxed, and comfortable. That can't often be said when you take 3 children to a decent restaurant. The waiter kept them involved and made it possible for us to enjoy our dinner. I asked the waiter if Rocco was difficult to work for, as I had heard he could be a bear. The waiter said some would say yes, but most would say no. He went on to explain that Rocco's name was on that sign out front, and he personally wants to deliver excellence to every customer. He said if your goals are in line with Rocco's, then everyone is striving to do the same thing, and it goes well. If your goals aren't in line with Rocco's, you don't work there, as it would be counter-productive. Nothing personal, you just don't work there anymore."
